Refused to Cancel Order - Customer Service


I reviewed my order and clicked on "continue." Once I continued, the order amounts had changed and I was charged for shipping. I immediately called to get a refund on my shipping. I was told that they could not give a refund, only store credit which would expire. I said to just cancel my order, and was told that they could not because I used PayPal. To make a long story short - the company refused to cancel my order or refund my money. I will send the items back when I receive them, hopefully I will get a refund then. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. Not only did the cust. service rep. keep changing his story, at the end of the call he said he could have refunded my shipping or given me credit for the whole amount, but he "could not get a word in" to tell me that. Believe me, he could have gotten a "word in" to tell me that!!

This happened with me too. Never buy anything from them anymore. Very bad customer service.

I just had this exact same thing happen to me. I placed an order for a product that came in more than one color. I double and triple checked the order before submitting it and verified that everything was correct. A short while later I checked the order receipt that had been sent to my email and found that the color was wrong. I went back to the website to see if it was correct there and of course, it wasn't. It had only been about 5 minutes since I had placed my order, so I canceled it to rectify the problem.
After more than an hour the order had not been canceled, so I called directly to have it canceled (or corrected) and was told it could not be canceled/corrected because I used Paypal to pay. Paypal still has the transaction as pending, so the payment has not gone through and there should be no reason that this order could not be fixed. The issue would have been easily set right by simply changing the order to the correct color without canceling, but I was told this could not be done and I would have to "wait and see" for more than 24 hours if the order was even going to cancel or not (this was said after I had already been told they couldn't cancel, so which is it?)
I am very disappointed and definitely won't be ordering from them again.
